About three years ago, we went there to celebrate a family birthday. The only entrance was up a long flight of stairs, which I, being disabled, cannot manage. One of us went up to see about another point of entry, and was told there was none. Staff was indifferent. Unless they have totally redone the place, the answer to the question, "Is Taro Sushi accessible for handicapped people who have great difficulty climbing stairs?" is a flat NO.
They have fixed price kaiseki but I'm not sure how good it is. The omakase counter is what they're known for.
They do offer other food, though the bento is customizable and it used to be quite affordable, though the price has risen since. Their lunch menu is different from the dinner but they should have some noodle soups, entrees and lots of varieties of sushi. I'd still recommend the bento box.
I don't know any information about parking,and it should be not easy,I went there by taxi.
I believe it is due to technical difficulties. The telephone provider (comcast) is trying to fix this issue.
