I rented a room for my father (who is disabled) and in the notes I did warn them he is disabled ( he has Tourette’s and bipolar disorder) and to please be patient with him. When he got there he was asked to pay a $200 deposit on top of the $470 I already paid for for two night which one fine I just explained that I needed to transfer money explain to my dad why he had to pay a deposit. 2 minutes later I get a call from the front desk person saying he’s not taking my dad as a guest because he “gave attitude and he’s not dealing with that” This was complete discrimination against a disabled person

Cute little boutique hotel. I have stayed here before. The staff is nice. The location is close enough to walk everywhere. Great donut shop across the street. The room we got this time was small but comfortable. I would recommend this place and will come back again.

The first room they gave us was smelling like someone was smoking weed right next to us. When I asked for another and told them the reason, they looked surprised (not shocked) and they agree to move us. Now, I understand it’s a free country and people want to feel good when they’re on vacation and so…but, when you list your property as a non smoking one then try to fit into description. Otherwise, it’s conveniently placed close to the beach and restaurants.

We have been staying here every year for the last 15 years. Great location and we always enjoy our stay. Yes there are a few things that they could improve on, but are only in the room for brief while. Many good restaurants within walking distance and we walk across 2 streets to the beach. The only thing I see that may change this in they are building a fire station right next to it. Depending on the noise and lights will we have to wait see how it goes.
