UPS lost my large 26.2 pound box of items that were important and of value to me. ... In reply to the response received just now from UPS regarding my post, I did address this through a long, stressful, frustrating, and unproductive process. My diligent and desperate efforts to get help from UPS produced nothing, but excuses as to why there is nothing that can be done and that the location of my box is unknown. In fact, I was told my box never made it to the sorting facility after I left it in the hands of the receiving clerk at the UPS store. If you like, I can post the details of the entire distressing situation.

Terrible Customer service over the phone. Kindly ask if package had been dropped off at the location and the woman gave me an attitude.

This is the absolute WORST location ever I experienced with this company. I wasn't home to receive a package that was signature required, so I paid to get it shipped to a UPS drop off center and the driver tried to deliver the package after the drop off center was close for the day 😒. So I'm calling to see where can I pickup my package at this point cause it's been in route now for two days with no more updated information. And the people on the phone is giving me the run around, so I finally was able to locate the package a week later after the original delivery date, just to find out I had to leave work on a lunch break to pick it up before they close for the day, because they claim I had to pick it up myself when I tried to send my adult son with the same address as me on his ID card and with the tracking number. 🙃 All in all worst UPS location ever.

You can call the number and request for it to be left for pickup
No one is taking charge of getting missorted packages corrected and shipped out to our customers. The leadership & direction is terrible.. not enough staffing in place to getting every packages loaded and moved out.
There's 4 centers in laurel. Which 1 you wanna call? Columbia, college park, laurel and Montgomery.
You should stop by their customer service center in laurel MD they will be able to find out where your package is, they have a great customer service
My wife who works there doesn't even know a number to call. She calls her supervisor's personal cell. They don't give out the number lightly for some reason.
