School books was supposed to be delivered by August 26, it's September 7th and package is still showing as sitting in Post Office in Laurel. Originally package was suppose to be delivered by UPS but UPS contracted out some of their delivery services to USPS and turned packaged over. I called UPS got no help at all. I was told to go to the post office and get the package myself. So here I sit with no school books for child in school.

They literally mark packages delivered and "ready for pick up" on the USPS tracking website and when you come in they say the package is not there yet. I've wasted taking unpaid breaks at my job to sit and wait on the long line to find out they are putting false information on the US postal service website? Is this even Legal? I will be moving out of the area soon but I recommend if anyone else if having this issue to report them to the USPS office of inspector general. Hope this review helps others!

Someone deficated in there overnight a few weeks ago and now they keep lobby closed bc of 1 person. Is that even legsl? How to people use the kiosk?

As per my recent visit, the staff seems to be nice and very efficient. The lines move swiftly. I say go for it.
I change back to the house addres because the the mail seem to not get delivered on main st. I change it back to the house address about a week and half ago. Then I close the PO BOX on Monday.
