Sadly not the purchasing experience I hoped for.... Great pre-sales and reasonably competitive price. Sadly let down by non-existent after sales leaving me to rely on DJI [who have been fantastic]. Lesson learnt..... Adding an update as a response to Drones Plus 9/2/22: I have gone beyond reasonable efforts to make contact with my purchasing contacts at 'DP' but received no response for an extended period. This was in relation to serious issues with the enterprise products I purchased from 'DP'. DJI customer service have been responsive, courteous and absolutely professional. I wont be purchasing these products from a reseller again.....
