Eric led the way for our family. First, he was extremely responsive and complemented a team that was always ready to answer our questions. Second, Eric was effective, getting our funeral planned on short notice and with military honors despite an out of state situation. Third, Eric and the team were personable, including at the graveside service. While I live in New York and my father lived in Florida after leaving Maryland, I can still see why 3 things are still inevitable in Baltimore- death, taxes, and sol levinson.

I would like to start off by saying, that I have never written a google review. My time with Sol Levinson was so over the top amazing that I promised I would. This traumatic experience for me of losing my mother has been quite tough at times. My mom was buried on March 2nd 2022. The staff at Sol Levinson was fantastic from the beginning of the process to the end. I originally met up with Scott and picked the casket and the vault. When my mom passed Scott was on vacation and would not be back until the day after the funeral. At first, I was okay who is going replace Scott, and go over the whole process with me? Well I have to tell you that I was amazed at the person that was there to fill in while he was gone and her name was Paris. Paris, was one of the most kindest and sweetest human beings I have ever met. She was patient, understanding, and compassionate. She made the experience so easy, that I had to do was call and I if needed something. She handled it for me almost immediately. I can’t even begin to tell you that before the casket was put into the ground, on how many pictures and little trinkets that she added and took out. She scanned pictures, she even added pictures to the obituary. She even found a miniature red poodle that looked like my moms dog that she put on the web site. I mean this young lady did everything and anything that I wanted done and never for one second ever batted an eye. After the funeral was over, I asked her what the process was at the cemetery. She said that she was going to drive my mom over in the hearse and everything would be laid out when we got there. The service was one of toughest things that I have endured in my entire life. However, the thing that I will remember the most was when Paris saw my family and friends that I have had for generations all talking, she never for one second rushed us out of the cemetery. She gave us all the time that we needed to catch up with my circle of friends that I will never forget that were there for me on that day. Paris, is a terrific asset to the team of Sol Levinson. I can truly say if there was a rating over 5 stars she would get my vote that’s how indescribably amazing she was. There are a lot of people in this world that tell you what you want to hear and never follow through. Paris is in the right position because she is not fake. She is real.
