I’m a firm believer in great customer service and I’m not receiving that within this office this time around. This is my second time using their services and will be my last. The paralegals are not effective communicators via phone or email. No one wants to answer my questions so they’re bouncing my emails back and forth between one another which is extremely unprofessional on every level. I’ve voiced my concerns with Jeff and he assured me that I wouldn’t have anymore issues, however, I’m still having issues which caused me to write a review. I’m so appalled at the service I’m receiving.

Mr. Sirody lawyers try every chance to block my effort. I will tell anyone to avoid this office and go somewhere else. I can’t wait to see this problem go away.
