I went to your establishment yesterday. When I got there the restaurant was empty. We were told there was a 20 minute wait. They took our phone number and we went outside to wait. Over 40 minutes had gone by I go inside to ask for an update and they tell me I am able to seat myself. I find it extremely rude that the host was playing with his friends in the front area wasting our time. Once I walked in and they told me to seat myself I just left. The quality of customer service is distasteful to me and I don’t plan on coming back

I've rated 6 or 7 Buffalo wold wings. It's usually terrible customer service, and the food is slow coming out. This one was different. Both times I've been attended quickly, and they were great. The food came at a reasonable speed as well.

Dined in. Waited nearly an hour for our food (apparently it was put in as a to go order and had been sitting out for 40+ minutes in a to go container). Then on top of that, we were given plastic utensils because there were no clean utensils. The food was really good though, the other parts were disappointing.
