I was thinking of purchasing a printer, but I was a little on the fence because they’re expensive and I’m just using it for a hobby. I also wasn’t sure of which kind I needed. I came in and the gentleman took his time explaining all of the printers to me. Once he figured out my needs, he took me to exactly what I needed. I thought about it for a couple of weeks and finally decided I’d purchase it. When making my decision as to where, Best Buy was my first thought because I’m a Total Tech member and they were the same price, so I went to check them out. Not one person asked if they could help me, so I decided I’d think on it some more and left. As I got in the car, I decided I’d go over to Office Depot because the previous guy was so nice. When I got there, I took my time looking around and shopped for a calculator with the assistance of a very nice girl (the one who ultimately checked me out). I then decided I’d go ahead and purchase the printer. When I got up to the front to pay, I asked about the coupons I had in my email. She tried to use it, but it wasn’t working. I believe the manager came over and helped us. He told me that he’d take care of everything…and he did. As I went to walk out, the door was locked. I asked, “Are you guys closed?” and my cashier advised you were. I apologize for taking my time because I had no idea they were closed! She told me that I was OK and let me out. She then came to the parking lot to get my cart. I just want to thank every associate there because they truly provide exceptional customer service. If I can get service like your associates provide, being a Total Tech member doesn’t really matter. Thank you!

The store agent was great! He had a really good personality and cracked jokes! So I thought the whole experience was going to be great! However, when the delivery guy showed up. He refused to take the furniture into the house stating he was a contractor and didn't want to be held liable. So I asked him if he could at least put the items (desk and chair) inside the front door. He then proceeded to say he would take it further into the house if I tipped him! I nearly lost my mind, but told him that's fine just leave it and leave my property. Unfortunately, he ruined the whole experience for me. So sales agent = 5, delivery driver = 0

We use Office Depot nationwide for our poster same day banner/posters, unfortunately we would not recommend this location. Poorly trained print staff and customer service is more than willing to put the problem back on there customer regardless of situation. We asked for a refund and will be taking our business to another location.
