This is a great communit to live in. My husband and I are transplants from NY/NJ. We've been living here for 14 years. The office team is very friendly and the manager takes the time to know his residents. Its Chadwick for us until we buy our forever home.

I really love it here. Marquetta and Alisha are so professional , empathetic and sweet everyone I have ever talked to at the office has been kind and respectful to me 😊 Beautiful homes and Beautiful area they keep it clean DAILY also BIG shout out to the maintenance team they have work done before you blink I come home from work and it’s just FIXED I hope I can stay here forever I love it here I love my home I have the best neighbors and amenities and my move in rent was very very VERY decent (nothing like some other places charging 2,000 for a one bedroom and no amenities)I 100% recommend Chadwick Manor Townhomes awesome elementary school also 😊
