The owner's of this establishment are wonderful and hospitable and do know the value of customer service. They greeted our group warmly, apologized for any inconveniences we experienced, and went above and beyond to make right anything that went wrong during our visit. Unfortunately they had some staff whom weren't as well versed when it comes to safety and social skills. I never heard of choosing an individual to ride a difficult horse because of the way they walk-complete unprofessionalism from instructor Erin. Asking individuals who would be the most experienced rider to ride the most stubborn/unruly/ill trained horse would be the best idea. Which both riders from our group who rode this horse experienced complications with. Both Chris and Erin denied me the safety of mounting and unmounting the horse from a safety stepping block. And, although they were being paid they barked, ordered, and ignored preference request as if I was on their pay roll. Completely rude and disrespectful; with no courtesy was experienced from Chris and Erin in addition to blatant disregard for safety of riders. There was some friendlier staff present. But, I would not return to this ranch.

We have a 90 minute experience. It's hands on: catching, leading, grooming, and saddling (30 minutes ground work). One hour on horseback includeimg Intro lesson,20 to 30 minutes, trail ride for the balance of the time. $75 adults; $65 youth 17- 7.
Yes there are horses for all ages and riders....please check it out. We also often have events for both kids and adults on fourth Sunday of the each month.
