Purchased the buy 2 get 1 free tan promotion and had a decent first experience. The winter garden location is relatively far and I've had a hard time reaching anyone to schedule an appointment. I've called multiple times and left voicemails and no one will answer or return a call at all. You'll be on hold listening to the automated messages on repeat which honestly makes it seem like they don't want anyone calling their establishment.

The staff are always very friendly and have great product knowledge of all the tanning supplies they sale. The beds have always been sanitized and clean when I visit.

Horrible customer service. I have canceled my subscription with tanning a few times and they are still charging me. Won’t even help solve this problem. Just keep taking money
