David in the copy center helped us scan and email several important documents. It may not sound like much but this task can be easier said than done without help. His assistance was courteous and very professional.

I gave one star because the girl working in the printing department had a great attitude and scanned my plans while I waited, and was very pleasant. I can't say the same for the girl at the register. There were two women checking out and older women and a younger women. I got the younger one. I know it's hard to find help today but this girl should not be working with the public, she probably shouldn't be working anywhere. This was around 10 am today the 28th. While she was ringing me out she was on her phone texting, then she shoved a cracker or something in her mouth and while eating her cracker she said have a nice day, or have a good day, I don't remember exactly. Food in her mouth and talking, she was disgusting. The texting was bad enough but a mouth full of a cracker and trying to talk, really! I'm sure you get the picture.

Customer service is rude, doesn't want to listen to what customer wants, and out of nowhere starts scolding me for not making an appointment because this type of order takes an hour. It took 2 minutes. 2 sided laminated copy. ???
