They really were great and helpful. Had a situation and really appreciated the help and rate I got the room for. Definitely suggest this place if you don't need fancy and want a clean room. The pool is kinda small but I enjoyed it.

We had a kitchenette, didn't have much light in the kitchen. The TV wasn't working on the first day of Staying. But the Second Day the Maid Came & helped us get the TV back on Track, we were able to watch TV the rest of our STAYED. The Best Vacation a Mother Enjoyed 💯❤️💯❤️

The room we stayed in came with an excellent view of the ocean and of course it was very clean and well stocked with toiletries. The only issue we had with this stay was losing our parking pass and fearing that we will have to pay extra, however, Jimmy at the front desk was empathetic and allowed us to receive another pass at no additional charge. Being a mom on a budget I appreciate his kindness and hospitality therefore this hotel deserve five stars for having great customer skills and common courtesy. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable rate and appreciate decent caring people💫

Positive: I have nothing positive I liked about this hotel. I and my husband had problems from the moment we pulled up. We rented payed for 2 nights on check out day we was going to rent another night. My husband went to he's work to get the money told them what on Negative: They said okay. while he was doing that they came to my room stood at my door made me pack all my things threatening to call the cops on me. Mind you this was at 11:30am after the night before huge snow storm hit by noon my husband had the money and payed
