I wish I could give them a 5, but the upkeep here is going down hill. They jacked up my rent by 22%. Mgt. doesn't want to spend the money on keeping it clean, but rather give the place a facelift to lure in new residents. You can do better for the price.

Before moving in the leasing agents had all shown how incompetent they are. Try calling the office- try getting anything done within a reasonable time frame and you will be disappointed. The staff here are not set up for success, there are too many residents and no visible maintenance-security- leasing agents around. The fact that they need to explain reasons why they can’t do anything is not acceptable- I suggest if you need anything fixed- serviced or done; save yourself the headache and obtain legal counsel or simply find a new place to live……

Charged me for not giving 60 day notice to vacate, when the Leasing Office did not have a lease ready to sign. Also a 25% Rent Increase (enough said). Meanwhile, Luxury Apartments formerly boarding school housing. Definitely, an A in Marketing!

I lived at inigos in 2021 and had a wonderful experience. I loved the proximity to DC and Virginia via driving and metro. I also really enjoyed that there were several stores close by. The building had a great design when you walked in and my apartment which faced the pool was very quiet. I would hear the birds chirping and i found that very peaceful in the morning. I loved that the gym had a peloton and that the garden had a grill, i went by to grill a few times. The building manager Dupree is incredibly personable and was always there to answer my questions. I hope that if you’re considering moving, you move here and that you enjoy it as much as i did.

Yes, we are pet friendly with up to 2 pets per unit. There is a one time refundable pet deposit of $300.00 and $50.00 rent charge per pet/per month. We have amazing unleashed dog park where your furry pets can run free and designated areas around the building for pet waste.
Yes, our maintenance staff is available until 5 P.M. 7 days a week and also available after hours for emergency requests.
Major Grocery stores and shops such as restaurants and bars are all within a 10 minute or less drive from the building without needing to access any major highways. There is also a conveniently located Grosvenor Market right across the street for more immediate needs.
Grosvernor Metro (red line), I-495 and I-270 are all conveniently located just within a 2 mile radius from the building. The Strathmore-Grosvenor Metro Station is a convenient 5 minute walk with an underpass leading you directly into the station.
Timberlawn Park located 3 minutes walking distance offers a playground, basketball court and 2 soccer fields. There are also a number of trails nearby such as Rock Creek Trail & Cabin John Regional Park and Trail!
