First of all, they never pick up the phone or return messages at this Publix Pharmacy. Claude is the rudest customer service person I've ever dealt with. Right after I got out of the hospital and had to pick up prescriptions, I asked him to please put on a mask and he refused and wouldn't even move 6 ft away so I could place my payment method on the counter to check out (I was wearing a mask; I was feeling particularly vulnerable and emotional, so why not just be nice and do it??). I'm in heart failure, and I don't think I should feel unsafe while picking up prescriptions. They said they moved all my prescriptions over to the other Publix Pharmacy I switched to, and they lied and I've been dealing with their mess for over a month, and again, they won't even pick up the phone. The line is almost always 10+ minutes, especially if Claude is working. I love Publix, but I've been treated so badlyi don't even go there to shop anymore. It's hard enough being terminally ill; this pharmacy just makes it more stressful.

I had been using this pharmacy for years for my family. Just too many mistakes. I always made sure I ordered my refills a good week in advance knowing how ridiculously long it takes them to refill it. The last time was the last straw for me. This refill was important as doses cannot be skipped, safely. They knew this. When I arrived to pick it up a week after I ordered it, it wasn’t there. All they would say is that they never got it in. This was pre-pandemic so not a supply issue. They gave me no reason and no apology- just a stoic response to my panic. I had to beg the pharmacist to find some supply at another location. They said they Normandy store had a few pills to hold me over so I had to trek out there AND because I picked it up out there I had to get the rest of that refill ( two days later) from there as well!! They said I could not get the rest of a refill at a different location?!? Awful service. Not in keeping with the Publix moto for impeccable service. Great store, but find another pharmacy.

Very un-Publix-y experience. Shopping was not a pleasure. *This is just for the pharmacy, not the store (The store is excellent.)* Super disappointed in their service today. The women (only one without a mask in the pharmacy, so clearly not a very considerate person), forgot to enter my order. I waited over an hour to find out she forgot. No apology. No ownership in the error. Wouldn’t even make eye contact. Then she hid behind the shelves and had someone else come talk to me. That employee was also extremely dismissive. I’ve already transferred my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.
