Very disappointed. After reading reviews I guess my experience was the 1 off. I scheduled a mirror hang as a present for my daughter's Birthday at the beginning of August. After initial call Appt set. Rep came out to access the job, said they would return on Monday morning. Monday came and went and no one showed up or called. Called them back the next day and was told "No one put the job on the list" and rescheduled for Wednesday. You guessed, no one showed up or called. 2 days later when we called back was told they would look into it and call right back. No call until the next day and appt set up again. The guys came out this time but insisted they could hang a heavy mirror with hooks, needless to say they wouldn't hold the mirror. Fortunately my son in law had some 2x4's in the garage and they used that to hang the mirror. I guess if we had not had those we would still be waiting. After all the headache and using our wood We we're charged the top of the quote. As I said very disappointing
