I have been a long time patient of Dr. Brissey and she has been wonderful. Today I was seen by Urgent Care provider Melissa Kyle through a virtual visit. For the first time in my life I tested positive for Covid and I have been very concerned, since I have a lot of health issues. Provider Kyle asked me what medication I was on I proceeded to tell her I’m a patient with Dr Brissey, but she refused to look up my file. I told her I don’t remember all the names of my medications, but the ones I did I told her. She the. Said normally we give Covid Patients Paxlovid, but since it interferes with my current medications she can’t give it to me. I asked her what medications interfere with Paxlovid and she refused to answer. When ever I tried to ask a question she would talk over me. She gave me zero information on how to deal with Covid. She said she put me on antibiotics and wants to see me in 3 days. Please stay away from Melissa Kyle. I truly feel it was a loss of co-pay. Such a waste of a provider.

PDQ is the gold standard in urgent care. The staff are top notch!! ( efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, etc). I recommend PDQ to all my friends and family for various medical issues. If PDQ cannot assist you, for whatever ails you; they will find someone/someplace that can help. Thank you PDQ for ALL you do!!

Very frustrated. I had a tele-health call at noon for my issue. It got worse that evening. So I called as they suggested. I left two voicemails at 6:30 and 7:00 pm (before they closed). No call back. I ended up having to go to the ER to get care. Days later, still no call back from PDQ. Take my co-pay, but not my call? Geez.

Absolutely horrible experience. Partner went to this urgent care after following down the stairs and got an Xray 12/27/2021 at an imaging center. This urgent care claimed they didn't receive the Xray for an entire week. Then when following up with the imaging center they confirmed they sent it over the day after. After this was brought to the Urgent Care's attention they magically "found the Xray" told her it looked normal and a physician would follow up. Nobody ever followed up and when we called again to see why anyone didn't follow up and they claimed she was already seen and we were in the wrong. They deflect the blame every single time they are asked about a problem on their end and constantly say "I don't know who told you that but this is what happened". Literally just give you the run around until you go away. Wouldn't care if this was a coffee shop or a business where accountability didn't matter but this is a medical practice and the amount of disorganization and blatant dishonesty hurts people. If you care at all about the person who is being treated or yourself, do not go to this urgent care.
