Gross! Took a tour and first impressions: the parking garage is full of spiders! Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Huge spiders everywhere! The side gate is broken and the tour told me it has not closed in years. Bad security! Dead rat on the sidewalk. $4,000 a month for this? They only have 1 front desk person for all these apts and no Amazon locker?!?! And there was no one at the desk both times I came to tour.

Headaches, problems, frustration, disappointment. Biggest problem is lack of prompt maintenance - and follow up. They turned off the fountain in front a year ago, the side gate has been broken for years and won't close, the bridge in back is rotting and the paving stones are uneven on all the trails. The parking garage fills up in huge puddles after it rains (pants get soaked walking through). It's obvious they're trying to get away without investing in what the building needs to be a luxury property. My sister had enough and moved!

Reality doesn't meet luxury expectations. Need double or triple front desk staff so people can get packages on the same day they arrive, need more accountability in maintenance department as constant delays and no management supervision. Door men are a highlight. Security gates constantly open and front desk rarely stops people as they're too busy being understaffed.

Don't be fooled. This is not a luxury building. On one side, the pedestrian gate won't open because the sidewalk has caved in. On the other side, the door is broken so people in wheelchairs have to wheel themselves into the street with cars to get out. The gate has been broken so long they leave it open every day. Why even have a security person when you leave one side 24/7?? Wallpaper peeling in the hallways. Frequent leaks from the apartment above us (they always just patch over it). Front desk person rarely wears a mask.
