A well done beautiful park that is very historic. Just wish that the museum opened at 8am when the park opens instead of at 9:30. Other than that I highly recommend coming here.

A wonderful Texas historical site. They have a nice visitor center, a replica of Independence Hall, and lots of wildflowers to enjoy.

Beautiful spot to learn about Texas history. Great area for a drive thru the countryside and a stop for a picnic.

Nice grounds, real history of Texas site that isn't a battlefield but an earliest of settlements. Nearby museum and live tours as well as an inviting amphitheater. Weather gets a vote on how enjoyable it is to roam and learn about the lives of thriving pioneers, so plan wisely.

There is no charge to enter the park and view the historic meeting house, grounds and welcome center. There is a small charge to attend the historic presentation (excellant)excellent, the museum and Barrington living history farm. Well worth the small fee and your time.
