I give Sabra 1 star and HEB 5. I have used heb pharmacy in Katy, Tomball, Spring, Victoria and Bryan. I have never had an issue until recently. Sabra is always rude, when I pick up meds and when I got my vaccine.

Maybe you shouldn't choose to schedule "maintenance" prescriptions for the next day. I saw the doctor this morning and needed those today. 10:30 AM to closing isn't enough time for you to fill it? I was checking on the status through the app most of the day before I finally called to hear that. The app said it was being filled when it wasn't. Not helpful.

Alexis wasn’t rude to me at all. Maybe they were very busy that day. I always love it when she is there she is on top of her game. If it’s not their policy then how can you get angry with someone. I make it a habit to always ask if it has a discount!
