The apartment itself is ok. The management and getting help/answers to questions is AWEFUL! If you have other options I highly suggest you look there first and utilize them. You will never get a straightforward answer to anything you ask or get any maintence related issues handled in a timely manner. I had a pipe bust in my ceiling causing damage to a lot of my things & their “solution” was a piece of cardboard over the hole. I was told that it would fixed correctly “in a few days” a few days has now turned into 3 weeks. I’m not telling you not to move here but if these are the type of things you don’t mind dealing with regularly, go for it because this is my 2nd time within 30 days dealing with this same type of issue.

I went to an apartment showing at brookhallow apartments today and it was the most pleasant experience I've had shopping for apartments I ever had. Both of the property manager ladies were very polite, nice, knew all the answers to our questions and very friendly and welcoming. Also the apartments are by far the best choice in Dayton and the surrounding areas. We were sold in minutes.

I have LOVED living here. I have been here for two years (this October) and hope to be able to live here for at least another year. We love the Management! Karen has always been able to help me with my apartment; from getting Pest Control here (very quickly) to being patient and understanding when I had questions (which she answered all of them). She has been great to me AND my other family members (who also live in other apartment units). Ryan has also been super nice to us, and we love seeing her and Karen; whenever we are able to. My son is also Autistic, so they make sure that future tenants that live beneath us, are informed that my son can be noisy; JUST so that we would never have to worry about having neighbors who would call and complain about us, and made sure that whoever moved into the apartments below us were nice people! We love our downstairs neighbors! Thank you Karen, for being amazing! Very professional and very easy to talk to!

Shout out to the maintenance guys! They are on top of everything! You guys rock! If the office personnel were better I would give 5 stars....they need a little help in the customer service dept. but the maintenance guys are top notch! Walter V you're awesome!
