Everything is good until you start having mouse 🐭 and 🐀! It’s hard to believe but the complex is built on the kingdom of rats! The maintenance can’t control it because the building is old and they live in the wood and under carpet corners! If you have kids you will end up in the ER anytime at night! It’s a huge safety and public issue!!! Moreover the place is very pricey compared to other places!! Not sure how they call the apartment “deluxe “ and you don’t have washer / dryer hook up inside the apartment! The complex is in good location but that’s much much pricey! You can get nice place for less!! Another issue is no security cameras in the complex I know a lot of cars got broken several times!

This property is very well maintained with nice esthetics. All staff friendly and professional. All maintenance requests have been handled promptly. Building kept clean and well maintained. One of the nicest apartment complexes around.

Good morning! To get to Americana Southdale you would need to take MD-100 E to MD-2 N in Pasadena. Take exit 16B from MD-100 E. Merge onto MD-2 North and then turn right into the entrance of Americana Southdale. We look forward to meeting you soon!
This place is an atrocious place! I live here and I'd habe even looked over here had i read the reviews beforehand. The place is poorly maintained on the inside. Almost every week i have to call in maintenance who most times are very rude. When they do "repair" I have to call them back to rectify their job. In the winter time no matter how you warm the place it cannot become warm. The place is poorly insulated. Makes no sense speaking with the rental center because they seriously do not care. Besides, the place constantly floods in the winter time
Stay away.... you'll never find parking at night. Parking is out of control with non residents leaving and ditching their vehicles.
