Full COVID restrictions in place, so bring a mask and expect to wait in line outside. Also heavy security (think airport security) and check in using a kiosk. Everyone was very nice and very helpful, but the rules are strict. It was a quick and easy process, but the rules are strict so remember that going in and don't play the fool.

What's the social security office number in modesto ca.
Can I get a new card on line?
The page you typed this question on also has their phone number.
Yes you can.
Anyone know if this office is open today
Apply for one
You have to watch out for scamers just like DMV don't send out texts or emails saying they have 500 dollars for you for being a good driver.
IHSS. Google IHSS and the info will come up.
Yes you can.
I need proof of income
Are you at the same job? You should go to the job you worked and get your w2.
I don't know, give them a call. Also, with direct deposit it may already be in your account.
Give them reason why you want to stop it call them office is just by appointment.
I do not work at Social Security Department so therefore I cannot answer this question. Have a great day.
No it’ll be mailed to you.
No it’s free.
All you can do is wait, once they decide, you will receive a letter from them about the decision.
If you look up Modesto Social Security Office you will find the phone number and you should be able to make an appointment through that
Go online and print the form on the website. If you Google it .. it will tell you what form you need. Mostly everything is being done online and through the mail during Covid
No he can do it online or in person.
Presently the only business allowed in person at the Modesto SSA office is hand delivering any documentation to the security officer outside the front door of the building. You must have the destination department information or the name of the person to whom requested your documentation. No questions or comments regarding anything pertaining to your case can or will be answered by Security officers.
Maybe contact the IRS
Only by appt. There is someone there if you are dropping off but that is it. I was there last Friday to drop off.
I'm also into it and they say that maybe they'll open until next month
Go online or wait in line take a number they will help you out with any questions
Online yes
They will be back at 8 tomorrow😂
Yes
U can go on their website or call them
Calif ID or CDL. Other picture ID. They will ask you other identifying info. Expect a wait. Main lobby is closed ther is a small sign pointing left where they have a small waiting area. I spent 3 hours doing the samething last Thursday.
Call the 800 or 888 number. I feel you, I spent 3 hours tbere yesterday!!
Collect yours at 65! Yes you can. Try the 800 number first, you might even save yourself the trip.
No
No
Call social security monday or go there. Bring the eveidence (documentation or proof) you think your ssi # is suspended. I have personally never heard of such a thing. You or your employer a more likely to find illegal. Use of your ssi # than the any government agency including social security. It is important to review the statement they send to you annually from social security with all activity involving your ssi #. It arrives around your birthday in the mail every year.
If you are collected SSDI/SSI You may call for an appointmempnt or make an on-line account and commu icate that way. Butifyou wish to apply youwlneed tobedgin that process the paper work that first. Good luck.
If you are already collecting SSDI you mzy contact them and requesr an appointment. If not you must go in or begin your claim online.
If you have an account and are recieving benefits you can make an appointment. Try going online make an on line account you may be able to take care of what you need that way. Or call the 800 number. Good luck!
Yes you need a copy (certified) to provide to them. If he gets checks by mail you can write deceased over his name and retun to sender. Or his probate trustee should if no one holds power of attorny.
I went to the Modesto Social Security Office that afternoon. Indeed they were open, with a shorter than average wait about 45 min.
Yes it does. Dont wait in line. Go through the door pass the line and wait inside and a security guard will ask you what you are doing. You tell them you are here to drop something off and they will let you drop off without waiting in line
Not sure,I work
Yes
Phone number for social security Modesto office
Wait was 45 minutes...was hoping to make an appointment online
No.
Make one over the phone. I don't know where you are at but here in Modesto, California I've never waited that long by signing in at the office. I hope this helps.
Hi, sorry but I don't know about the website we made our appointments by phone. We just stopped making them because here in Modesto, California they are very efficient and we make our appointment there, we havel never waited over 25 minutes. The waiting chairs are comfy and their water fountain cold and delicious. Good Luck.
Birth certificate you contact county records where he was born, social security office for his card.
Sorry no. You still need to go to the ss office with your birth certificate or drivers license. It takes only a short while and your new card will be mailed to you.
Yes! We are allowed to get 3. I had to get a new one and I brought my old card, my california identification card (or driving license and my birth certificate. It took me a total of 15 minutes and a week later I got it.
Yes, the 2 portals are against the wall, the security folks will tell you. It's like using an atm you just follow the prompts.
Medicare comes w/SSDI, cuz it's based on your work record. SSI is a needs based program for low income that do not have have a significant work history, therefore Medicaid is the only option.
I have no idea? Call any tax preparer and ask them, you should've had your w2 by the end of January. If you don't have your w2 yet then go back to your job in person and wait while they get it for you! Good Luck!
Are your payments direct payment? If so then get your name change as soon as your next deposit, that may give them time to get the name change. Are you on ssi or ssdi? I don't know anything about ssi. Calling them to ask, or going in to ask is always best.
If you are asking about a replacement social security card no. I recently had to get mine & I paid nothing.
you should. You have to Stan on top of them. Those people working 8jdo very sloppy work. sometimes because they don't care sometimes because they don't care. Just know that if someone actually helps you, you are fortunate. Good luck. also do not be afraid to speak to their supervisor if you are not getting accurate information or results that are helpful
Make an appointment by internet, only they can answere that. Good luck.
I don't work for social security but I am dealing with a huge loss that SSDI & social security are claiming as an overpaymentI am fighting an "overpayment. Do you have your letters from social security? If not then call your town's social security and make an appointment or just go in as soon as you can. I save all correspondence to take with me to our ss office so I don't have to do it by mail. Good Luck!
That's a question for social security, if that's what he was getting. Going to their website is probably the best option. If he was retired railroad it is different Good luck.
I have never heard of a social card. A social security card has a 9 digit number and is on a thicker paper with the social security administration on it. If you're in doubt go in and find out, our Modesto Social Security office is staffed by polite, knowledgeable efficient people.
I've never heard of that but.
You don't, when on SSI you don't pay tax. I am on disability and really couldn't afford income tax. Go in and talk to an employee, Modesto's Social Security Office is super effecient and you will be helped quickly.
Go to social security office and sign up for a window appointment and the will let you know what needs to be done. They are fast, efficient, helpful & polite.
I would go and sign in then wait for your number to be called. Bring all information you have with uoi, if they can't help you atbthe window you will be asked to wait , the SS office in Modesto this would take 30 minutes. It's not that long of a wait and worth it!
Your id and social security number/cardschedule an appointment
Apply for one
