This neighborhood is falling to pieces I don’t recommend anyone to move here they are inconsistent with everything they treat there tenants wrong they don’t help disabled peoples needs they make excuses for everything and also there people in the office is very unprofessional and disrespectful and this is currently one of the glenview hallway’s we are living unsafe they have us living in inhumane situations

I wanted to apply for 1 bedroom yet I keep being told the list is closed. It took me 5yrs to reach the top of a list for a 2bedroom. I tried call today still answering machine and I just emailed . If like the design of the apartment complex. It is close to everything I need to do.

I have been on the waiting list for 2 years and I finally made it to number 3 on the list. The lady before April was so nice but that April she is so rude and unprofessional. I called to check my name on the list and she did not answer the phone. And when she answered the phone she told me to call back and when I called back she didn't answer the phone again. So I sent a message to the corporate office and then April call me back the next day. she was still unpleasant and rude. It has been at least 7 months and I still have not gotten an update. I know several people in that complex so I have seen many come and go. I thank God for the blessing in disguise . I'm glad I didn't get that apartment. In the summer time the air conditioner stay broken and the winter the heat stay broken or the heat will only go to a certain temperature.
