I lived at 1505 Exchange Apts. in Fort Worth for six years. When City Gate Property Group in Dallas took over 2 years ago they did everything they could to force me out. Fort Worth Housing went along with them as well as HUD. I was never palate with my rent no violations of any kind. I'm 71 and now living in my car most of the time. Please investigate Mr. Carson. There's much more.
DONT USE THIS PLACE not only does HA steal money, forge doc, refuse to see file orgive hearings, illegaly terminate and upper brass at HUD help them run as fast as you can from here you will regret it. SAD

U right they want label u as mental or physical so u can get housing. I am experiencing that same problem with Pathway program in MD.
Virginia housing laws protect children and expected mothers. It also protects people with physical disabilities and mental disorders, so why is that now can be done about the kid running and banging all day and night and thru the early hours of the morning. Talked with rental office the father I was told to call police none emergency number or property security. You can’t tell people how to raise their child but I’m sick I can’t rest I’m deprived of sleep all times of morning evening or night. I was told to move to the 4th floor it hard as is to get to the 3rd floor for me. I don’t have it in me to move. How is this fair, I fall under that disability act I don’t have no real rights that protect

How do we STOP the maintenance workers from coming in our Apt and stealing????? Food,our meds, pick our refrigerators clean!!!!!! Just what ever they want!!!! TV DEVICE'S! How??
