The location is amazing, between Houston and Galveston, a couple of miles from Kemah. The grounds are always clean. The amenities are nice. I have lived here for almost 4 years and I feel safe and comfortable.

Nice community. Overall very helpful staff. Great location right near any store you could ever need. Fairly quick responses to maintenance requests and or issues. Marcus is awesome!

Apartments themselves are nice. The amenities are a joke though. Hot tub has been broken for months, the grills at the pool don’t work, the new dog park has gates that won’t fully shut, our dog got out and ran across 96. The dog washing station has been broken with no time given to when any of these things will be fixed. My key fab will not open the gate that is closest to my apartment, when I spoke to the office I was told that some keys just don’t work and I’ll have to use the other gate, (which is extremely inconvenient) Extremely poor communication during the freeze and basically any other time. Took 3 weeks to receive a call back from the manager, and I never received a call back from the corporate office. Rent is not cheap so it’s unfortunate that we can’t use the amenities like we thought we would.

These apartments are horrible! I just moved in a week, and the first day I entered the room I found cockroaches!! the old rusty and dirty stove! the old dirty and stinky carpet. The heating does not work. Horrible bathrooms smell very musty! The main entrance does not work the censors. I am totally do not recommend. I don't know how you can rent an apartment like this! totally disappointed.
