I have never had better customer service and very polite manners from an employee at TX Bay Credit Union from Debbie Leah at the South shore branch off 96. This employee takes time with her customers and makes sure to explain everything and go into detail if you don’t understand. She also responds back to your text message in a timely manner. I highly recommend this branch and Mrs. Christian as well, she was extremely helpful and very patient provided so much information in which I've taken in consideration she has helped me open a checking/savings account and helped me set up a credit card as well to help build my credit up in which i really do appreciate her help and assistance, Great customer service.
