I trusted this place way too much by the reviews. Maybe their expertise are strictly hemming pants because all I wanted was a cute simple baby blanket put together with the two pieces of fabric I purchased (not cheap) and to leave a nice 1”border around blanket just as I explained and showed a reference picture to the man who took down my info and priced me $27. I am not a professional sewer by all means, but it just seemed like a simple task. I came that next week to pick up blanket really excited & it was not ready… not even touched. I didn’t mind and so I waited the extra day. Blanket was not at all how it was suppose to be and turns out the guy didn’t even bother writing on my ticket what we discussed for them to do it correctly 🤦🏼‍♀️. So I was told what I wanted wasn’t something they could do AFTER the fact of sewing it & then offered to take off $5 for the mess up. What? No. Very unprofessional / lack of communication on their part and waste of my money and fabric! *Sigh*

1. Collar roll - still exactly the way I gave it to them😬 2. Sport coat size reduction - exactly the way I gave it to them…. Took THEM back to MWH…. Miracle - fits perfectly and the price was a lot better… AVOID AT ALL COST

Today was my second time using their services. I'm having a blazer, dress pants and a dress shirt tailored for about $75 after taxes. I had an issue with my bank were I got triple charged for something and thought I was not going to be able to get every item tailored today. The lady I worked with (I believe she's the owner) was very understanding and allowed me to pay half upfront now (part on card and the rest in cash) then when I pick up everything on Monday I can pay the remaining amount. This was extremely helpful to my situation and I'm very appreciative of her willingness to work with me. My first experience was great, and my second is even better. They do great work here and I'm really excited to pickup my suit on Monday. Overall, friendly service, quality work, reasonable prices, and they're very quick. HIGHLY recommend.
