Excellent friendly staff, seems very knowledgeable. Only issues that I found was that for USB ports that need to be repaired they have to be sent out and are very expensive to repair. However they do offer insurance that you must carry for 30 days before it will be covered by the insurance however there is a deductible, for mine which was the USB ports it was $47 and I believe the insurance was $26 or $27 a month but in the end I personally believe it’s worth it because it covers most electronic items in your home. This is just my opinion, please verify with the location and/or store in reference for detailed up-to-date insurance information. I would recommend this for a free estimation of repair cost to your product but again please verify cost and estimation prices with the store.

A-1 SERVICE!!!! The guy at the counter was really nice and helpful. He checked to make sure they had the necessary parts for my phone before we discussed the repair. I’m a business owner so not having my phone on me for any amount of time is no good. They had my phone back to me in 15-20 minutes!!!!! Never had a phone repair happen this fast. WILL BE BACK!! Over the moon happy!!!

The people are genuinely nice and very eager to help. They fixed my computer and I was very satisfied. I believe the young lady that greeted us on 06/17/2022 was named Josie, but I know the tech that repaired my computer was Uri. I will definitely not hesitate to bring my devices here again. This was my fist time and I was a bit apprehensive, but I am now comfortable to use them again.

Great service. The guy at the front was really helpfully and I got my phone fixed in maybe 45 minutes. The time may vary depending on what they need to repair but I’d recommend this location for sure!
