What have you done to this store? As a lifelong Franklin resident this was the best auto parts store by far. Then someone thought it was a good idea to remove the store manager Collette that has been there the last 8 years! She knew how to take care of your customers! This caused your other best employees to quit! The new manager, Phyllis is just rude and not very helpful. I have a business account with you but will be taking my business elsewhere. Please put it back the way it was!

I just want to thank this awesome team for all the hard work and phones calls they did to help me get my replacement alternator after my new 1 had played out on a timely manner. It pose to came on the 5:00 hub but they pulled some strings and got it at 12. I really appreciate yal hard work and dedication 🙏.
