I absolutely love Affordable Dentures and Implants. For this review I want to give a Special Recognition to one of the nicest and helpful member of the staff, her nickname is Mona and she is a friendly, warm, sincere manager. I have always enjoyed our conversation together and find her to be like a family member.

I feel this particular office is running a scam, we went through the complete procedure that I would need and then we proceeded. Went over all the extractions also went over the four bone grafts that were told by the doctor that would necessary and I went forward with the work. The first sign that something was going to be wrong was when they charged me for an extraction that was never done and they gladly refunded my money, then post extractions and when I got the Denture went home and realized that there was absolutely no grafting implanting or stitching done on those four teeth so the next day I went to the office and she said oh I'm so sorry I'll just refund you back your money.. the same exact treatment plan that I was given I heard it twice in the next rooms with other patients I don't know how many people think they got drafting but unless they know what it is they never had that it requires surgery stitching on each bone graft.. she was way too quick to refund my money without any apologies.. if there's anyone else that is gone through the same issue please contact me I'm going to go after this office. If ANYONE has this experience @ this office, Contact me..please..Peace y'all
