I remember years ago my mother used to work here. This place is amazing sauce and the people are very uplifting and cheerful. I'm not sure what kind of changes have been done yet I hope this facility still has Hurricane Shelter....I miss this place

This is a Call Center. Supports hundreds of different company. The buildings are clean, the workers are super friendly. This place is always hiring, Always :).

The book technically says anything after 4 points. But its situational. Some people get fired after 1 point, others have 20 points. Depends on what and how you got the points. Don't get points and you won't find out. This place is strict and if you can't take following rules like showing up every day on time, taking the proper amount of time for lunches and breaks, which is what any job would expect than this place isn't for you. If you need time off they have no problem with that, I've seen people schedule 5 days off. The key is you follow the process for scheduling off and don't call out and you won't get points.
