On 06/15/2022 around 4:40 pm to 4:53pm. The physical invoice number is 145413. 2 employees and 1 manager made efforts to discriminate against a customer by pretending their computers system was down by to prevent the customer from picking up a pickup order that the customer paid for online already and shown them the order confirmation. Due to the price of the online order (customer has Triple AAA membership/father day sale, and $5 in rewards) the 3 closed mined employees that there no way that the customer could afford the item. So, they were making efforts to make the customer paid it at the store by sating that they seen .20 cent plus difference of the online purchase and they can not find it in the order # system. Plus, they pretend their system was down. Eventually the customer had to call NAPA corporation number and put them on speaker. Then, all of of the sudden their computers started to work. In the midst of them working that, he lied and to at 2 customers stating that their computer was down and they could not service them. Thus, making NAPA lose profit and bad experience. I will contact my local city commissioner about this store. There is a review on Google stating that employees (laughing and giggling) closed door extremely early at this store in order not to service customers. NAPA representatives/executives prevent this store from getting a federal lawsuit. One will mostly like come if your employees (including mangers) keep utilizing ruse to denied customers’ service.
