The staff and doctor was extremely nice. It's just there prices are expensive. If you have insurance are it's covered I would choose them. Unfortunately I can't afford them. They charged me for a cleaning for 159 and my cleaning cost 1,200. It goes towards the cleaning but I didn't get nothing done but a consultation.

The concept of the clinic is nice, very organized and they are very careful with scheduling and taking a patient out of pain. I just think the procedure that I needed took far to long. For the three days I was seeing I spend more than 2 hours each day. To be precise, first day was 2 hours and a half at least, the second I spend 2 hours and forty five minutes, and yesterday more than 3 hours! I appreciated that the doctor who took care of me was able to do the root canal, however, Dental lounge have a specialist in the house that could have done faster since he is a specialist! I have other root canals done in my life, and I’ve never endured so much pain and time to had it done! I think that if the house has a specialist, it’s interesting to be able to chose to have him/her working since the price was full! I was also charged the first visit! Which was not included on the total price of the treatment that included the root canal procedure and a crown! The doctor that did my root canal is great, but maybe, as I mentioned, the job could have been done faster and less painfully! What matters now, is that I am not in pain anymore, and they give me all the attention while I was there! I was prescribed the pain medication as well as antibiotics for all the inflammation I have! The price is not different from other clinics, but they offer many option for payments, so if you don’t have insurance, you just need good credit, so you can choose to pay in installments. (I have insurance but since I was there after 5 pm for my emergency appointment, they were not able to check. So I was not offered any opportunity to have it checked the next day! I was charged fully! ) Oh, In my opinion the best option for payments in terms of interest is the company Care credit. This company won’t charge interest if you choose the least minimum installment payments, also you won’t need to pay down payment! That’s great if you are caught unprepared for the matter as same as I was! But best case scenario is to have insurance! Another point was that I had to come back the next week to check something else that was bothering me, and only on that fourth appointment they decided to make a 3D scanner, which I found very strange! Why not to do on the very first appointment! So The doctor explained to me that they don’t actually do the special x-ray, only for more specific cases! So they figured out, on the second time doing that 3-D x-ray, (because the first was not clear), and now with the specialist on that appointment, (thank god), that one of the roots were not done. I think this is a mistake that is not acceptable! After so much pain, I will have to re-open my tooth to have this one done! And because personal matters which I discussed with the whole Team on the very first day, I can’t do the procedure right now! So I will have to wait until next month when is safe for me , because now my level of confidence is very low! So I would check everything possible when you have to treat root canals, because each case is different and there is only one way to know for sure if the patient is a special case! I won’t go to another place now because I pay a lot for this and I just want to finish! Finally, they are very flexible on scheduling visits. Last visit I was late because of traffic and they still had me. Overall it was a turbulent experience, they were very nice the whole time, for that reason I am willing to finish my treatment at dental lounge! But personally I didn’t like the open space which gave me no privacy, o got nervous listening the music, I would love silence that day because my head was exploding in pain, and the dental assistant is a very sweet person but she expended too much time trying to explain the procedure for me after me Telling her that I am a dental assistant as well so I know what they were doing! That’s why I am so disappointed, giving assistance to an endodontologist was something I did, and I know for sure thay the procedure should be simple and faster!
