I just want to know when will the elevators get fixed at Parkview at Ashland Terrace. THIS IS A SENIOR CITIZEN BUILDING. THE ELEVATOR HAD BEEN BROKEN SINCE THURSDAY AUGUST 4TH. THE DOORS ARE BROKE AS WELL AND NO ONE CAN GET IN THE BUILDING WITHOUT SOMEONE LETTING THEM IN FROM THE INSIDE. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP

They should not be allowed to deal with affordable housing b/c when people are in need the most is when they give you the hardest time. I don’t want to feel like I was being discriminated against but it got very border line. It’s hard to communicate with the people in the office b/c they are in cahoots and may even have personal relationships that cause conflicts of interest. They wasted an entire month and a half of my time and money and it resulted in me withdrawing my application b/c I can only imagine the harassment that would’ve followed. Ana, Tory and Kenny all acted as if it was no big deal and as if it wasn’t my livelihood they were toying with. I honestly believe Ana at Naples Manor intention was to get someone else into the unit I applied for and that’s why she took so long to process my paperwork or give me things to sign. She knew it would drive me away. They already moved my application from one unit to another claiming that there was already an application on the unit I was shown. I do know my tenant/landlord rights and it is actually against Fair Housing Laws to deny an applicant who is fully qualified, which I was. They gave me a hard time about deposits made into my account in January. It is now July, so what does that tell you? They expected me to remember things from last September. The only thing I remember in 2021 is my 23 year old little sister dying. They completely lack communication skills and empathy and everything happens for a reason. The power trip is 100% transparent but God makes no mistakes and I plan on taking this as far as I need to.

My experience at one of these properties/residents (currently) which I will keep confidential, has been one of the most agonizing, frustrating and stressful situations. I have left several messages about the issue with Enterprize Residential's message box concerning my issue at a property I currently reside. Their hours of operation are not meeting those specified times as they should when someone should be available to answer calls. This is unacceptable!!!
