I was referred by Cindy’s Hot Shot so I called to see if a replacement front and rear sight was a same day service and over the phone I was told it would be. When I arrived I was told that it was not going to be a same day service and that it would be ready the next day. I left it there and came back the next day and was told it wasn’t ready and might not be ready the next day either. My wife needed my gun for her qualification so I couldn’t leave it for another day. I took it home and decided I would try another day. I went back and again dropped off the slide and a rear and front sight for a replacement and told it would be a week. Came back a week later and it was not ready but again I needed the slide and couldn’t wait another day so I took it. When I got home I realized I had only been given my replacement front sight and slide, my replacement rear sight was not in the bag. When I called the shop and asked if it was still there, I was told it’s not. He asked me what was on the invoice and i told them it’s said install provided sights (plural). He said it’s not there and that he didn’t know what to tell me. Drove to Manasses to C&R Firearms and was in and out in with the sight installed in 15 minutes… Hard lesson learned, check the bag before you leave.

Very friendly staff, very nice selection on firearms and accessories. Scott is an old school gunsmith, I have yet to encounter a problem he can’t fix.

I would not take a rubber band gun there. The staff is VERY unfriendly and not knowledgeable about anything. From the highway robbery on a simple gun fix. I went out of state and stopped at a local gunshop with the same gun and had the repair done in an hour at half the price. Do yourself a favor find another shop. The extra gas is worth the better customer service.
