I live on the other side of the country. The small credit union I belonged to merged with this one years ago but I have never visited a branch before. The folks I interacted with were helpful. In some ways I wish it were possible to access my money from where I live. In other ways it has been useful to have a lot of miles away from accessing it; I have left it alone.

This Credit Union is a hidden gem. They offer better rates on savings accounts, money markets, CD's etc, then other credit unions. Their car loans have perks like offering a benefit that pays your deductible if in an accident. And there are many other perks for belonging to this Credit Union. CHECK THEM OUT!

I have been a member of this credit union since 1961. I have stayed here for the online convenience I have but when I go into the branch I no longer have good experiences. It is harder to make a deposit than to withdraw money. I don't understand if you are giving money to the Credit Union why it takes twice as long and if you have a check to deposit it goes through some sort of validation even if you have enough money in your account to cover the check. Anytime I am depositing a check into my account I feel like a criminal. I just hope the customer service can improve and those that work there can understand that they are in business because of their customers.
