Their hands on service is OK; however, they need to have a little more manner.The person that answered the phone said he was alone so he didn’t know the answer to what I was asking, which is fine but as I was ready to say that I would call back later and wish him a nice day, he had already hung up. I agree with certain comments here, regardless of the language I believe good manners are universal, Or at least they should be.
