I received a letter from the United States Bankruptcy Court regarding New England Motor Freight as the debtor. They do not owe me money nor do I owe them money. Why am I receiving this notice of hearing and do I have to attend or can I ignore?

Well the cost depends on the chapter you are filing . Yes you can file it today before 3pm but you have to make you have all the debt information to provide them with because if not later in you will have to pay 30 dollars to add creditors
