OUTSTANDING!!! After not having a koi pond since one i dug some 30 years ago, we moved into a house that had one. I avoided Virginia Water Gardens for over a year even though they are in easy walking distance of our home, presuming they would be just another eclectic clip joint. What a donkey’s rear end i was. I finally dropped in with an algae problem, the person i spoke with was very knowledgeable and showed me products easily as well priced as anything i saw in the internet. I have been back several times over the last few weeks, I’ve been helped by several people (today by “Donna”) and each has been great to chat with, exceptional in willingness to go out of their way to help. If you don’t yet have a pond or little water garden and you like gardening, i emphatically encourage you to stop by to see the sun and beautiful possibilities - they are beyond honest, kind and considerate; if you already have a water garden, this place is a “must”.

We love Virginia Water Gardens! They have been so helpful with the koi pond that my husband built. Always a great resource even if they don't have something in stock they still have great suggestions (they will also order too). They do have some great ideas and a seemingless endless amount of supplies on hand. The fish there are awesome (going on 2.5 years with our koi fish). They are kid friendly there as well and have fish food (bring your quarters just in case) you can hand feed the koi that live there. So much fun there and gorgeous atmosphere.
