This was previously posted, by my own human err, on the wrong animal hospital in the area. This was posted a long time ago, but, again, was posted to the incorrect facility. Because of this, I have no idea if the staff here are the same people I interacted with before. With that said, I've only had very negative experiences here. These are a few (but not all) of the reasons I chose to give this place 1 star: I was taking 2 dogs here for about a decade+. The wait-room staff is super friendly to what seemed to be their personal friends, and incredibly curt, rude, and snappy with me. I'm not sure if it has to do with my age, or my lack of personal relationship with them. One of my dogs was having seizures. The vet failed to identify why. The first vet I went to after them (in Blacksburg, VA) was able to provide an answer after our first visit. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, unless you personally know the staff. Try Fredericksburg Animal Hospital--good bedside manner, very helpful and informative and accurate, and just an all-round better experience.

My wife rescued many cats over the years before she passed away. And, our family has had more than a few dogs. Over the 30+years the kind husband & wife doctors have cared for all of these pets with great compassion and skill. They are great people.

Great care for all our pets. The cost for caring ours pets, has been very resonable. The Drs. are very knowledgable on whats wrong with all pet and prescribes the correct medicine. We love Princess Anne's staff too❤💙😻🩺🐕🦺

I would find someplace else to go. I have been going to this vet for over 30 years and was denied service the other day. They use the excuse that they purged their files and that I had not been in the last 3 years which is not true. and a 30-year period we have had more than several pets. Dr gibbons helped us with all of them. We had a beagle that she put down for us. 30 years is a long time to be denied. I was truly disgusted that day. Apparently the good doctor is retiring and has lost interest in her patients. I truly would advise you to go somewhere else I don't believe they're taking new patients anyway in fact I know they're not. Good luck.

It is only a walk-in clinic oftentimes they're not accepting new patients.. no idea about insurance basically Monday through Friday 9 to 12 and then some afternoon appointment hours as well
