When i signed my lease.. they told me that theres no way we can get in the apartment if the office is closed.. they said that we need to ask for a key duplicate once the office is open

Yes:: The new owner really is taking care of business.They are totally renovating everything, new kitchens' bathrooms' floors' sprinklers' they redid the hallways' new elevators.. It's definitely a new vibe.
