Project Evolve has been such a great experience for me. The coaches are knowledgeable and motivational and all of the members have been friendly and welcoming. The workouts are always changing and challenging and we often partner up, allowing us to hold each other accountable and encourage each other. I highly recommend Project Evolve to anyone at any fitness level. Don’t be afraid or intimidated. They all make you feel like a part of the family!

Really nice, welcoming place! Definitely holds me accountable! The team here really helps you think about what you’re eating, how much you’re working out, and how best to reach your goals. There’s no other place that has been able to get me to consistently get me out of bed at 5 AM!

As of right now we are only in Naples, but in the future we do plan to expand and have multiple locations around the Bonita, Naples, and Ft Myers area!
