This site is more of a transmission of high voltage. All that remains of the old building is the indoor switch house. And there were a total of 7 generators
No coal here. One has a turbine that makes 90 MW . when I started there were 7 generators. That was in 1972..1993 Essex was torn down. 1978 was the last time any indoor generator ran.
