Don't even bother calling even for a simple question. They left me on hold for 40min, I got tired and just hung up.

Well Fargo bank is convenient for me but when you go to the bank you have a long waiting period and they are sometimes short staff

They are not concern about the customers they serve they only concerned about the money the customers have in their account so they can charge a monthly fee better to keep my money home in a safe deposit box
