Very slow and distracted cashier. Only 2 of us in line and I timed 19 minutes for checkout. For the record I had only 4 items that took her 6 minutes to register. Store is much cleaner though. Also didn't care for frozen food stockers choice of music blaring from his phone

I placed an online order for grocery delivery at approximately 9:35 a.m. and requested the open time slot of 2 to 3 p.m. for delivery. At 2:40 p.m., I received an email stating that the order was delayed, but substitutions to the order had been made. The email said they would update me ASAP when the order was on the way. By 6 p.m., it still had not arrived, so I contacted Customer Service online. The rep told me to wait until 8 p.m., and if the order did not arrive by then, I could call back, and they would try to escalate the order. At 8 p.m., it still had not arrived, so I contacted Customer Service online again. The rep said that he called the store and no one answered. The store does not close until 11 p.m., so obviously someone was there. I appreciate the honesty of the rep with whom I spoke on the phone. He admitted that, at this late hour, they probably would not deliver the order, so he issued a refund. I have never experienced this issue with any of the other Walmart stores in Newport News or Hampton. I will never place an online order with this store again.

They almost always have what I'm looking for. I do wish they had more registers open what the lines are long, but since I usually only go to get a few things at a time, I don't mind using the self checkout. That line is usually pretty long, but it goes fast.

I have been waiting for my pick up order 35 minutes now. Others have come and gone since I got here. Employees have ignored me and when I called on the phone after waiting 25 minutes they were rude to me. I have two kids with me, which is why I normally use this convenient method, But I sure wish I’d have gone in and shopped myself today, it would have saved time. Unacceptable!

They actually have corporate inspections weekly and ecolab inspections monthly
Everytime I go there the employees are always off the floor until security tells them people waiting at the registers smh.
Go to a salaried member of management and tell them your concern.
Been holding on for 20 mins no one answering where is everyone have to answer the phone for people don't make no sense still holding on
Not at this walmart, the one in Yorktown has a good service department
