Ms. Sallie was great. Very helpful and very nice. Room was clean. Air conditioning was great; temperature and no smell. They only were short on towels. Besides that I enjoyed my stay.

I booked the hotel months in advance in Feb 2022. I was scheduled to check In 4/21/2022 but I had told them I had a late flight so I will arrive late and they said that's fine " as long as you get here before 1:30-2am" I also had a package delivered which they received so they knew I was coming. I got to the hotel at around 1145pm and the old white lady tries to check me in with my ID but her machine isn't working, then manually types it in, she then proceeds to get a screen on our side so we can choose a room. We seen 3 rooms available but she says she has non available. She then says " we are fully booked and we have been fully booked all night" so I'm thinking then why didnt you tell me this when I walked in. So now things are looking weird. We argued with her and she finally says we have room 100 available but it stinks. We said we will take a look cause we have no car and it's almost midnight what are we gunna do we have to stay here. So we stay here. Then the lock has a card in the way and doesn't lock. Eventually we removed the card and locked it. But that early morning a guy tried to break in our hotel. I seen the card sliding in between the door and wall. I got scared I said "yes" then he said oh sorry wrong room. So after that I said eff this I'm leaving. But this is just terrible worst experience I ever experienced. I emailed corporate waiting on a response so we will see what happens. The assistant manager was nice but I know she doesn't call the shots. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else but here. The whole thing didn't make sense.

I stayed here for a week while my apartment was being renovated. My room was clean and comfortable. I appreciate being close to so many shops and the girl at the front desk was so friendly I can’t really remember her name.. maybe Jasmine or Jessica …. She was awesome!!! I’ll definitely stay here again

Me and my family stayed there about 2 weeks ago and had a good vacation experience. The room was clean and well stocked. And your staff was professional and very organized. I really enjoyed the front desk lady Mrs. Cannine was amazing.
