NEVER COME HERE! I came here for mental health treatment while having a nervous breakdown. They communicated nothing to me, barely spoke to me, and had no compassion. My vitals were only taken twice. They though I had a high heart rate and blood pressure, and simply only gave me a Valium. When their belligerent staff ignored my requests to speak to my doctor, they finally gave in and let me speak to him. He told me he would prescribe me something to calm down after his staff upset me, nothing ever came. The night shift is rude, sarcastic, and they do not take their jobs seriously. They will openly laugh and joke in front of you while you are having the worst day of your life. Thank you riverside for the traumatic experience. I will NEVER be coming here again, and everyone I know will hear about it.

my grandkid was in your facility last week for treatment. She got treatment alright. they were overbearing, bullying and rude & sent her home in tears. she is there in your state with a navy husband and needed comfort as she is far from home, what she got was humiliated and pushed out the door as fast as you could get rid of her the minute she questioned your advice. it would be good to keep in mind you people are no better than anyone else, you just passed a few tests to keep a job. i pray each day she never has to see that place again and God heals her without your help from now on. it's sad her experiences with Virginia have been so terrible. you had a chance to make someone feel cared for & healed & you left her scared & miserable afraid to come back to your facility. God help you all
