BEWARE! FIRE JENNIFER CAUSER(CEO) !!! FIRE REBECCA FALKENSTEIN (Director of Social Services). Send the National Guard in immediately! This place has been absolutely horrible. We know a family friend who has been dehydrated several times to the point of close to death. They don’t care. The CEO (Jennifer Causer) doesn’t care. She needs to be fired ASAP! Can you imagine your loved one who can not speak being denied water? There IS a systemic problem with this issue at this facility. It’s known, yet hidden. It’s time for this not to be hidden anymore. The NJ state attorney needs to open a full investigation into this home. The CEO lied to the family promising it wouldn’t happen again. Well it has and he is fighting for his life. They NEGLECT patients. They ABUSE thirsty patients by not feeding them water. DO NOT TRUST anyone at this facility. They lie, and hide the internal issues and neglect. They need to held fully responsible for all they have done to him and other patients who they have done this to. One we know of has died from neglect. One staff member was also verbally abusive to family of the resident. To everyone reading this, take this post seriously. It’s all facts and this place has the most incompetent liar of a CEO and management of any facility in the state. BEWARE!!!!!!!

It is an absolute disgrace how patients are treated in this facility. I had always heard horror stories about VA hospitals thinking perhaps they were slight exaggerations but now experiencing it first hand I know they are all accurate. A very close family friend is a patient at the hospital, he was rushed to the hospital twice with in a month and half due to severe dehydration causes simply by NEGLECT. The men and women in this facility fought for our country and this is how we treat them in their time of need? Neglecting and ignoring their basic medical needs is beyond unacceptable. People need to be held accountable. Perhaps the higher ups would feel different if it were their loved ones being denied basic medical care.

REMOVE JENNIFER CAUSER, the CEO immediately. She is severely incompetent and is fully responsible for the large dehydration epidemic in this Veterans Home. It's disgusting and all she is interested in is her paycheck. She is never seen by anyone, hides in her office all day while ambulances show up constantly with gravely ill residents due to the staff not feeding them or giving any liquids. Hope she goes to prison with the nurses and administrative staff who is responsible for hiding this from the abudsmans office and health department. SHUT THIS FACILITY DOWN AND ARREST THE CEO!

I’m extremely upset at this veterans center and the CEO for the treatment of my friends Father. I’m a veteran myself and to see how his Dad is being treated is shameful! He is again in the hospital for dehydration. This is the 2nd or 3rd time. NO ONE should have to go through that. This is appalling!!
